Returns

Oricle wants you to be happy with your purchase and experience with us, so we’ve made returning and refunding products easy.

If you’re dissatisfied, you may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus return shipping costs and a $8.95 return processing and restocking fee.

Returns must be approved in advance and received within 45 days of delivery. Return fees are deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The following terms apply to all returned items:

  • Email support@oriclehearing.com to request a return. You’ll receive an RMA number and return instructions.
  • We cannot process packages marked “Return to Sender.”
  • Returns must include your RMA number clearly on the package.
  • Products must be returned in original condition with packaging.
  • We may refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet policy terms.
  • If the item is rejected, it won’t be sent back to you.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days after the return is received.
  • Use delivery confirmation to track your return—we’re not responsible for lost items.
  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
