Shipping Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.

Shipping times may vary, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment. International orders may take longer depending on customs clearance and local delivery services.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer if returning an item.

How to Track Your Order

  • Check your email for the shipping confirmation and tracking link.
  • If you can’t find your tracking email, check your spam or junk folder.

Delivery Issues

If your package says delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, your building manager, or your local post office.

If you need further assistance, contact us at support@oriclehearing.com and include your order number.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the product?

To obtain a refund, your return must be approved, and the return must be received within 45 days of the date of delivery. Return processing fees will be deducted from the amount refunded. You will not be refunded the cost to ship the products to you.
